DAY 1 Belfast - Enjoy a welcome reception lunch at Belfast City Hall with the Lord Mayor followed by an orientation tour of Belfast. Check-in at luxury Fitzwilliam Hotel Belfast. A cocktail reception will await you followed by an evening of dining and theatre at one of Belfast's performing arts venues; the Victorian Grand Opera House, the Edwardian Ulster Hall or the cutting edge Belfast Waterfront Hall. The evening will be rounded off with night caps at the Victorian Crown Liquor Saloon.
DAY 2 The North Coast - (Option 1) Journey to the famous Causeway Coast by classic car! Stop at the Londonderry Arms Hotel, once owned by Sir Winston Churchill. Venture onward to the 80ft high Carrick-a-Rede Rope bridge and break for lunch at the Bushmills Inn - a fine example of an old Irish coaching inn with a 300yr history. Next, the UNESCO world heritage site of the Giant's Causeway awaits. Round off the afternoon at the Bushmills Whiskey distillery with a private tour and tasting guided by the master distiller. (Option 2) Depart Belfast and stop only at the Giant's Causeway, before a golfers brunch at the Bushmills Inn and Golf at Royal Portrush Golf Club. Finish the afternoon at the Bushmills Whiskey distillery and allow the master distiller to explain how Bushmills has remained the oldest licensed Whiskey distillery in the world. EVENING - Divine dining in Belfast. Both parts of the group will re-unite in Belfast for the evening. Table will be reserved at some of Belfast's best restuarants including; Deanes (Chef-patron, Michael Deane) or Cayenne (Paul Rankin).
DAY 3 Belfast - Stroll through Belfast's Botanic gardens and the fascinating Ulster Museum. Join the Pro-vice chancellor for lunch at the neo-gothic Queen's University. Afternoon Options: Shopping & Afternoon Tea at the Merchant Hotel, ESPA Treatments at the Hastings Culloden Estate and Spa or Golf at Royal Belfast Golf Club. Evening: Depart the hotel by horse drawn carriage for a magical Titanic themed evening at Belfast city Hall complete with costumed actors and a string quartet who will play music from the Titanic era.
