Derry
Derry or Londonderry is Northern Ireland's second city and is unique among Irish cities in that it is Ireland's only completely walled city. Like Belfast, Derry has undergone remarkable development and renewal in recent years with the selection and quality of conference and corporate meeting venues continuing to increase alongside a significant incentive product, largely due to the Walled city's intriguing historical and cultural offering.
Situated close to the border with the Republic of Ireland, Derry is a gateway to the west of Ireland and its airport provides convenient access to Dublin and several UK cities. Local currency in Londonderry is UK Sterling (GBP), with Euro (€) widely accepted, making it extremely good value for money for both leisure and business visitors. The Walled city of Derry is less than two hours drive from Belfast, the lakes of Fermanagh and the stunning Causeway Coast.
