Getting to Ireland
Travelling to Ireland is no different to travelling to any other modern country. Ireland is easily accessible thanks to a wide range of international airline connections to capital cities and key transport hubs around the world.
Business travellers have a choice of many regular airline routes from the UK, US, Canada, Africa, Middle East and Europe. If you’re on a tight schedule, it may not take as long as you expect to reach our shores. London is just over an hour away, while New York can be as little as five hours travel.
Belfast is serviced by two airports, George Best Belfast City Airport close to the city centre and Belfast International Airport, 25 minutes from the city centre. Belfast is also well connected to Dublin with driving time from Dublin Airport to Belfast taking approximately 90 minutes. Derry~Londonderry city in the north west region is serviced by the City of Derry Airport 10 minutes from the city centre, with connections to London Stansted Airport and many other UK and European destinations.
